Beverly "B.J.", age 80, passed away on Wednesday. She was born to Ernest & Esther (Smith) Burrow. Beverly worked as a dental assistant for several years in Madison. She worked as a demonstrator for Johnsonville and later developed her own cleaning business which she operated for many years. Beverly loved spending time with family, most of all with her grandkids. She enjoyed country music, dancing, craft shows, especially Beef-A-Rama during the fall in the Northwoods. Beverly is survived by her children, Cindy (Tim Gammon), Craig (Shelly Schwoegler), Chris (Sharon Goetsch) and Curt (Julie) Curtis; grandchildren, Savannah Marlene and Chandler Jack; sister-in-law, Roberta Hamm; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Hamm; and special friend, LaDeane Christian. Funeral services were held on Saturday at Roselawn Menorial Park Chapel with the Rev. Brad Homan presiding. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Katie Brietzman from the South Madison Coalition of the Elderly. Also to the doctors and staff at St. Mary's Hospital MICU for their care and compassion of Bev. Gunderson East Funeral and Cremation Centers assisted with arrangements.
