Minor H. Poole
Services for Minor H. Poole, 48 of 1047 North Avenue, Stratford, a tool engineer employed by the Sikorsky Division of United Aircraft, who died yesterday at 1 a.m. in Bridgeport Hospital, will take place Thursday at 3 p.m. in the Wilmot West and Gouding Funeral Home, 884 Lafayette Street, with the Rev. William H. Anderson, pastor of First Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Park Cemetery.
Mr. Poole was born in Marietta, Ohio and had been a resident of Stratford 16 years.
He is survived by his wife, Erma G. Christensen Poole, of Stratford, four brothers, Ralph, Rochester, Ohio, David, Cleveland, Ohio, Joseph, Liverpole, Ohio, and Theodore, Toronto, Ohio, five sisters, Mrs. Charles Thomas, Wellsville, Ohio, Mrs. Ira Wharton and Mrs. Raymond White of Shreve, Ohio, Mrs. Bruce Fulton, Hubbard, Ohio, and Mrs. A.G. Floyd, Chester, West Virginia.
