She was born Aug. 30, 1905 in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico and died April 14, 1955 at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson. She was married in Phoenix in 1920, visited Winkelman in 1929, and moved there shortly thereafter. She served meals at her home on 2nd St. on special occasions to celebrate a birthday or some other special event. Several years later she opened a cafe known as Mollie's Cafe on Giffen Ave. She was survived by her husband, Joe; two brothers, Carlos and Lorando Schlinghoff; two sisters, Lola Aguire and Marvel Bujan.
