Mrs Callie Hayden Trent, 68, died late last night at St Luke's hospital of complications, following a short illness. Mrs Trent suffered a broken arm in a fall at her home, 324 Stowers street, about three weeks ago.
She is survived by her husband, John H Trent, and four children, Mrs Corrinne B Dunn, Mrs F C Goodall and Percy M Trent, all of Bluefield, and Mrs S J Ferguson of Raleigh, N C. She is also survived by three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at the home Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock and burial will take place in Maple Park cemetery.
