Michael Sean Arthur
Michael Sean Arthur, age 41, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2004, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was a native of Los Angeles County, California, and was employed by Greaff Electric in Shreveport.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Susan Arthur, of Shreveport; son, Jacob Michael Arthur and daughter, Emily Zane Arthur, Shreveport; mother and step-father, Grace and Bob Stribling, Yulee Florida; father, George Arthur, Huntington, West Virginia; sister, Crystal Smith, Yulee; maternal grandmother, Ruby Cole, Nicholls. Also surviving are several aunts, nieces, nephews and a special friend, Sue Marks, of Shreveport.
Graveside services and burial were held on Monday, January 11, at the Roberts Cemetery near Nicholls with the Reverend Donnie Kirkland officiating. Soloist Liz Kirkland sang, "Amazing Grace".
Pallbearers were: Wilbur Streat, DeWayne Streat, Dailey Wilson, Don Burnam, Herman Hill and Mickey Burnam.
Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
