Torra Bottolfsen, 95, died Sunday, April 4, 1999, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Superior. She was born Feb 7, 1904, in Superior, to Carl and Elvira Engstrom and lived most of her life in Superior, except for five years in Havre, MT.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church, and its Ladies Aid and Dorcas Society. She also belonged to the Saturday Club. She married Carl Bottolfsen in December 1940 in Superior.
Tora was preceded in death by her husband Carl; a stepson, Donald; and three brothers, Henry, Carl and Leonard.
She is survived by a stepson, Carl (Vivian) Bottolfsen in Aurora, CO; a stepdaughter, Jean (John) Graham in Kirkland, WA; a brother, Bob Hammer in Superior; a sister-in-law, Helen Engstrom, also of Superior; six stepgrandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery.
