Claudia Bettis Anthony, daughter in law of business entrepreneur, C R Anthony, died Monday at 77. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Wednesday at Crown Heights Christian Church.
Anthony was a member of the Oklahoma City Junior League, Quail Creek Golf and Country Club, Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club, and Crown Heights Christian Church.
She is a former member of the Southwest Circuit Horse Show Association Board, The Oklahoma City Charity Horse Show, and a board member of the Oklahoma City Medical Research Foundation.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ray T Anthony; son, Ray B Anthony of Oklahoma City; daughter, Dia Hoskins of Oklahoma City; daughter Gail Anthony of Seattle; daughter, June Heusel and husband, Ron Heusel of Oklahoma City; daughter, Lu Hollaway and her husband, David Holloway of Oklahoma City; 5 grandchildren and one great- grandchild.
Graduated from Classen HS in 1935.
