Orval is buried in Mountview Cemetery in Billings. He is in section 14, grave 14h. This can easily be accessed through the Yellowstone County Gravesite Locator. I have a picture of his headstone (which was paid for by the VA). He was never “missing” or forgotten by his family. I am not sure why he is included in this Missing in America Project.
He has surviving family. Although we live far away from Montana, no one would ever abandon his remains. His wife, Thelma, saw to his burial and he had a funeral through his church. I just thought you might like to know the truth since you took the time to enter the information.
