Thomas Kennedy, son of T.C. Kennedy and Martha Walton Kennedy. Husband of Emma Aurilla Kennedy, nee Monnett. Father of Lora, Charles, Oregon, Belle Kennedy. He was a farmer, then a carpenter for Huber Company of Marion, Ohio. Both he and his wife were involved in church activities when they lived in the city of Marion, Ohio.

In Kansas, Thomas made a decision that changed the course of what had been a Christian-led life. He was found guilty and sentenced to prison. As a result, his wife divorced him, his mother would do nothing to help him, and his children turned their backs. Released from prison, he returned to Ohio years later, his son eventually took him in, and he died in Wellsville.

Buried in Kirkpatrick, Ohio with his parents, and two young children.
