Andres Castillo Jr, age 93, of Kermit, passed away Tues. Sept. 13, 2005. He was born Dec. 21, 1911 in Red Rock,TX. Andres was a member of Eastside Church of Christ in Kermit.
Survivors include two daughters, Helen Castillo of Kermit, Benita Sanchez of Farewell,TX; four sons, Victor Castillo of Portales, NM, Ruben Castillo of Clovis, NM, Danny Holguin of Kermit,TX, Andy Schuman of Midland, TX; two sisters, Rosa Rocha of Lubbock, TX, Eva Epolito of Hale Center, TX, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Silva Castillo, two sons, Joe and Tom Castillo, and one brother, Luis Castillo.
Funeral services were held Sept. 15, 2005 at Family Services Funeral Chapel in Kermit with Jorge Zamarron of the Monahans Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses officiating. Burial followed at Kermit Cemetery.
