Mr. Rabon Dee York age 67 of 141 Hilham Hwy. Livingston passed away at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Friday, May 22, 2009. He was the son of the late Ira B. and Martha Jane Smith York. He was a surveyer for the State. He is suvived by his Wife: Elizabeth York of Livingston: (2) Daughters: Melissa Savage and husband Marty of Monroe, and Crystal Johnson and husband Eugene of Livingston; (3) Sons: Darren York and wife Angel of Livingston, Terry Scantland and wife Shelia of Rickman, and Timmy Scantland of Livingston; (2) Brothers: Alton York and wife Delores of Allons and Ward York and wife Anna Ray of Livingston; (1) Sister: Treva Leisure of Livingston. 11 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild also survives. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 1 sister Janet Faye Brown.
Services will be held 2 PM Sunday, May 24, 2009 from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Dugan Smith Cemetery in Overton County.
