Ella Farmer Brown, age 84 of 211 Cropp Road, Fredericksburg, VA and formerly of Dublin, VA, died Friday evening January 30, 2004 in Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg. Born September 14, 1920 in Pulaski, Va. she was the daughter of the late Kelly Farmer & Rose Linkous Farmer. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Dublin United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Logan L. Brown. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Brown of Spotsylvania, VA, and J. Wesley Brown of Fredericksburg, VA; sister, Mrs. Hazel Chrisley, Pulaski; five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3:00 p.m. at the Dublin United Methodist Church. Interment will follow privately in Highland Memory Gardens hi Dublin.- The family will receive friends Monday 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. service time at Dublin United Methodist Church. Flowers will be accepted, but for those who wish, they may make memorial contributions in the memory of Mrs. Brown to the Dublin United Methodist Church Building Fund. Arrangements by Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home, Pulaski.
