Mr Dunn graduated from the School of Industrial Management at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the New England School of Accounting. He had been a member of the Board of Directors of the Data Processing Management Association, Worcester Chapter. Fred had also been administrative data processing and systems manager at Worcester Tech.
At the time of his death, he left his widow, Carol Howard Dunn; a son Stephen J Dunn; five daughters, Kathleen E, Carolyn A, Sheila M, Patricia J, and Jennifer F Dunn, all of Paxton; and his mother, Elizabeth Dunn.
