Medina Co. Gazette - March 19, 1885: Julius Fremont Webber, whose sickness we have heretofore noticed, died at his home in this village last Sunday afteroon. He had been sick for four or five weeks with Bright's disease. Mr. Webber was one of the firm sunning the Hollow Ware Works, and has been a resident of Medina four or five years. He was nearly thirty-five years of age, and leaves a wife to mourn her loss. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon at the disciple church. The remains were placed in the vault in Spring Grove Cemetery. The Knights of Pythias, of which he was a member, attended the funeral. A post mortem was held Tuesday, showing that the cause of death was chronic Bright's disease, according to the diagnoses, made several weeks ago.

Medina Co. Gazette - April 2, 1885: Died in Medina, O. Sunday, March 22, 1885, Mr. Julius F. Webber, oldest son of George E. and Jane Webber. The deceased was born at the foot of the noted "Hinckley Lege" in this county, July 17, 1850. When he was two years old his parents moved to the center of the township, where he grew to manhood. At the age of 22 he was joined in marriage wth Miss Ella D. McIntyre of that place, who fell asleep in death several years ago. For several years before his removal to this village he was engaged in the manufacturing business.
On Sept. 14, 1882, he wasmarried to Miss Emma, daughter of I. R. High. He was one of the firm of the Medina Hollow Ware Works" and has ever been an active, energetic business mand and an enterprising citizen.
At a meeting held in Hinckley about fifteen years ago by Elder Robert Moffet, he obeyed the gospel and became a charter member of the Christian Church organized there at that time. He continued an honored member of that church about ten years, and on his removal became a member of the Christian Church in this village, where he lived an active and consistent Christian life till the day of his death.
Of the family one sister and three brothers survive him: Harry B., John B., and Mrs. S. Walker of this palce and A. R. Webber of Elyria, Lorain Co., Ohio, and also his father and mother of this village.
The deceased with his estimable wife had but a few months ago moved into their new house on Friendship street, where they anticipated the coming of many happy hours and events. Surely, in the midst of life we are in death.
On the 22d of March, at the age of 34 years, 9 months and 5 days, after a brief illness, he quietly and peacefully fell asleep, surrounded by his family, father and mother, brothers and sister, and many friends.
The funeral was conducted by the oder of Knights of Pythias, and held in the Christian church, where a large audience assembled to pay their last tribute of respect. the body was placed in the vault in the new cemetery, and from thence will be conveyed to Hinckley, where will rest a kind neighbor, a true friend, and a faithful and loving husband.
His wife whose so affectionately and faithfully watched with him during his last illness and the relatives have the warmest sympathies of their many friends in their sore bereavement.
