DORIS WHITE SCHOMP, 86, passed away February 22, 2009 in West Chester, PA after an extended stay in the Brandywine Hall Skilled Nursing Home. She was born in Horn Lake, Mississippi. She worked most of her career as an Administrative Assistant in the Tumor Registry of the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. She lived her last sixteen years with her son and daughter-in-law in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. She leaves her son, William G. Schomp of Downingtown, PA; one granddaughter Lori Suzanne Schomp of New York City; and one grandson, Kyle Graham Schomp of Cleveland, Ohio. Doris was sister to the late Lloyd C. White and to the late William O. White, Jr. Funeral Services for Mrs. Schomp will be at 2 p.m. Friday, February 27 at Memphis Funeral Home.
