Brian Scott Sylvester, 41, of Ellettsville, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, February 3, 2009.
He was born to Burton Sylvester and Sandra (Humphrey) Sylvester in Bloomington on June 7, 1967. Brian worked as a truck driver for Blackwell Trucking and Crider and Crider.
He was preceded in death by all his grandparents, and his Mother.
Brian is survived by his father, Burton Sylvester of Bloomington; daughters, Chastity Jordan and her fiancé, Billy Kinser, of Bloomington, and Tiffany Pell and husband DJ of Ellettsville; sons Bryton Sylvester of Bloomington, Nathan Plew-Sylvester and wife Melissa of Bedford, and Shane Sylvester and wife Lori of Spencer; fourteen grandchildren; sisters, Reah Bowles and husband Don of Bloomington, Connie Porter and husband Steve of Ellettsville, Tommi Reed and husband Mike of Bloomington, and Kelly Shields and husband Ronnie of Spencer; brother, Eddie Sylvester and wife Andrea of Bloomington; and several nieces and nephews and dear friends.
Funeral services for Brian will be held at the Valhalla Memory Gardens chapel on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ward Humphrey officiating. Friends may call on the family on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Chandler Funeral Home in Ellettsville.
