Married Harry Frebrantz in Rockford, Feb. 7, 1924. Harry and Lucy did not have any children together. Married George Frank Nance in Rockford, March 24, 1925. To this union 10 children were born. Married Guy William Welch in Belvidere, March 26, 1954. To this union one daughter was born.

Survivors include, Dorothy Welch, Donna (Jack) Weber, Donald (Fran) Nance, Darlene (Robert) Neblock, Gerald (Sandra) Nance, Robert (Jean) Nance, Sandy (Chuck) Rogers,Pat (Jim) Nelson and Denise Welch.

Preceded by Husband, Guy; one son George "Buck" Nance; and one daughter, Grace Rapean. Burial in Willwood Burial Park.
