STROKE PARALYSIS PROVES FATAL TO ESTIMABLE LADY ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The sudden death of Mrs. Mollie O'Donovan, of 121 West Government street, yesterday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, was quite a shock to her immediate family and a large circle of friends. Mrs. O'Donovan suffered an attack of paralysis Monday afternoon, from which she never rallied, succumbing to the attack yesterday.
The deceased was the widow of the late John O'Donovan and is survived by her mother, Mrs. Susan Williams; two sisters, Mrs. Wm. Connor, and Mrs. Thos. Graham; one brother, Jas. Whitehead; six daughters, Mrs. Philip Sanchez, Mrs. Albert Nobles, Mrs. Jos. Lawrence, Mrs. Leo G. Askew and Misses Stella and Genevieve O'Donovan; three sons, Messrs. John M., Reuben and Leonard O'Donovan, all of whom are residing here. A number of grand-children also survive.
The deceased has been a life-long resident of Pensacola and had reached the age of 58 years. Scores of friends deeply regret her demise.
Funeral services will be conducted from her late home at 4:15 o'clock this afternoon. The cortege will leave the home at that hour and go to Christ Episcopal Church, where services will be conducted by Rev. John H. Brown, the rector. The interment will be made in St. Michael's cemetery.
Pallbearers, all of whom are requested to meet at the home at 3:30 o'clock, are: James L. Sweeney, W. R. Bicker, T. H. Johnson, B. Valanzano, Jos. Solari and A. Graham
