JACQUELINE "JACKIE" LOU WEBB July 1, 1930 - July 4, 2008 When a tree has lost one of its branches it goes into shock, but it does not die. It continues to survive, adding new beautiful growth with each season. Our family tree suffered another loss on July 4, 2008 when our much beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Jacqueline Webb's branch joined her husband of 60 years and reached higher into the sky and out of our sight. Out of our grasp, but not out of our hearts. Jackie was born and raised in Ashland, Kentucky. She was the oldest of three born to James and Thelma Richardson. Jackie spent most of her career in telecommunications working for various organizations such as Rocketdyne, St. Vincent's Hospital, and Data Products. Jackie leaves a large, loving fa mily... her three children: daughter, Cheryl Brawders of Simi Valley, California, son, Billy Webb Jr. of West Hills, California, and daughter, Melissa Hayden of Vancouver, Washington; two sisters, Donna Barber of Canoga Park, California, and Sharon Smith of Florida; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death only eight months ago by her husband, William Webb; and son, James Webb in 1994. As her tree continues to grow, she will be greatly missed by all. Memoria l Services will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2008, 1:00 p.m., at Gates, Kingsley & Gates Mortuary in Canoga Park. Interment will follow at Oakwood Memorial Park in Chatsworth. Services entrusted to Gates Kingsley & Gates Praiswater Mortuary Canoga Park 818-348-3354
