James E. Bonesteel, 33 years old, died at 8 o'clock Saturday morning at the State Hospital at Manteno, Ill.

He is survived by the widow, Erma, two sons, Eugene and David; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Bonesteel of West York, Ill., two sisters, Mrs. Jane Pinkston, and Mrs. Ruby St. John, both of West Union; four brothers, Albert and Virgil Bonesteel, both of Robinson, Vance Bonesteel, West Union, and Merle Bonesteel, Chicago.

The body was taken to the Prust Funeral Home and later removed to the residence of the parents at West York where it remained until 1 o'clock Monday afternoon, at which time it was removed to the West York Methodist church were funeral services were held at 2 o'clock, with Rev. Paul Musgrave and Rev. Mertie Melton officiating and burial was in Bailiff cemetery.
