Mrs. Roy L. Ferguson (Bertha R.) Ferguson, 84, of 4681 Shearersburg Road, Allegheny Township died Tuesday, December 16, 1975 in Citizens General Hospital, New Kensington following a six weeks illness. Mrs. Ferguson was born May 14, 1891 in Ligonier, a daughter of the late John J. and Carrie (Nicely) Ross. The widow of Roy L. Ferguson who died December 3, 1965 she had been a resident of New Kensington for 15 years. She was an active seamstress in her residence and was a retired school teacher. She was a member of Grey Stone United Presbyterian of Leechburg and had sung in the church choir until last year. Mrs. Ferguson is survived by two sons, Samuel D. Rodibaugh of Rochester, New York and Oliver Rodibaugh of Allegheny Township; one daughter, Mrs. M. J. (Betty) Luff of Washington, Pa.; a brother, Oliver A. Ross of Acme, Pa. and a granddaughter, Mrs. Nancy O'Renick of New York City, New York. Funeral services were held in Churchfield Funeral Home, New Kensington on Friday, December 19, the Rev. H. D. Hough in charge. Interment was in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell, Pa.
