Leslie Allen Spinks born on Wednesday March 9, 1960 to Nelta and Gilbert in Odessa Tx. On Friday September 23, 2022 in his Odessa home he passed away in his sleep at the ripe ol' age of 62. He was preceded in death by his mom, Nelta Deanne Spinks, dad, Gilbert Spinks Jr. and his ex wife Brenda Dean Spinks. He is survived by his brothers, David and Richard Spinks, son Nathan Spinks and family, wife April Spinks and 3 handsome boys, Xavier and Alexander Spinks and Luke Thompson. They were the highlight of his life and he was proud to be their grandpa. Stepson Jonah Phillips and family, children Daniel Phillips and Lila Marie also his girlfriend Crystal Gabrel along with her 2 kids, Nathan and Willow Marshall as well as several extended family and friends. Leslie was known by many names. Included are Les, Wes, Uncle Bub, Dad and Pops. He raised Nathan and Jonah with all the love he could give. His passion was working on vehicles and collecting them. When he was able to watch TV he loved watching Westerns and the History Channel. Leslie was a stubborn ol' man and he NEVER let his disability stop him from doing whatever his heart desired. Leslie Allen Spinks will be loved and dearly missed by ALL his family and friends. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel in Odessa, TX.
