Edward Francis Walker was born c.1854 from North Strand, Dublin, Ireland. He married Catherine Elizabeth Stoker on 11 Sep 1877 at RC Chapel of Clontarf, Dublin. He was a jeweller, goldsmith and perhaps part motor mechanic in 1880. Edward's wife Catherine was a 3rd cousin to Bram Stoker, author of Dracula. Her & Bram's great-grandfathers were brothers William & Richard Stoker respectively. His family were in the 1901 census at 15 Strand Road, Clontarf West, Dublin. He died on 30 Jan 1904 at Annesbrook, Clontarf, Dublin, aged 50; his brother George Walker present at death. He was buried at St. Bridget's, Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin, on 2 Feb 1904.
