Services at St. Francis Xavier Church for sister of Former Senator
Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Lang were held at St. Francis Xavier church yesterday. Mrs. Lang, sister of the late Thomas H. Carter, former United States Senator for Montana, died here Friday evening. She had been a resident of Montana since the early 1900s, she spent 20 years at Washington, D. C., New York and abroad, returning to Montana to make her home at Missoula. She is survived by three nephews. Rev. E. Clyde Smith conducted the services and burial was in Missoula cemetery.
