Helen Johnson Pedigo, of Russell Springs, passed away Friday, August 25, 2023, at Signature Healthcare at Summit Manor Rehab and Wellness Center in Columbia. She was 81 years of age.

Born November 22, 1941, in Russell County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Linnie Mae Hardwick Johnson. Helen was a retired florist. She was a former manager at Lake Cumberland State Resort Park; having worked in many areas throughout the Park, including the Lodge, Country Store and the State Dock. Helen enjoyed making crafts and floral arrangements.

Survivors include one son, Terry Daffron of Russell Springs; one brother, Max Johnson of Indiana; and two sisters, Linda Cooper of Russell Springs, and Bonnie Redmon of Illinois.

In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmie Johnson; and one sister, Viola Williams.

Funeral services are 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Brother Bobby Dunbar officiating. Burial will follow in Jamestown City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until time for services on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Bernard Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Luttrell, Zack Porter, Kevin Williams and Adam Williams.
