According to The Commemorative Biographical Record of the counties of Huron and Lorain, Ohio, (Chicago, Beers, 1894); PP 821 - 822 John and Polly Adams had 12 children. This was first hand information given by their son, Daniel Morgan Adams. It is possible Alonzo Adams left out the 12th sibling either due death at a young age, or death before his will was written and there were no children of that 12th sibling to mention as heirs.

This was first hand information given by their son, Daniel Morgan Adams.
