"Memorial services for Arthur Young "Buddy" DeLoach Jr., 54, of Foster City, California, were held at 2 p.m. today.
Mr. DeLoach died after a sudden illness on Friday, December 24, 1993, in a Foster City hospital. He was born in Marshall, Texas, the son of Arthur Young DeLoach Sr. and Minnie Armstrong DeLoach. He was the grandson of Alfred Burton DeLoach, one of the first doctors in Harrison County, Texas. Mr. DeLoach attended North Texas University and Texas University. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Olivia DeLoach; one daughter, Analise Grant, of Turlock, California; one son, Todd DeLoach, of Turlock, California; three grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Minnette DeLoach Tittle, of Artherton, California, the wife of Yelberton Abraham "Y.A." Tittle Jr., of Marshall."
