Sharon Rigsby Abbott, age 53, of Trussville, passed away on November 6, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Steven F. Abbott, sons, Dustin Stewart and Ryan Johnson; parents, Ned and Pat Rigsby; Godmother, May Isbell; brother, Mike Rigsby (Rhonda); sisters, Donna Fulmer (Barry) and Sandy Bryant (Michael) ; and several nieces and nephews and friends. She graduated from Hewit Trussville High School in 1981. She traveled the world as a military wife. She was the Office Manager at Books-A- Millions. Pallbearers are: Tim Abbott, Chris Johnston, Johnnie Johnston, Shane Fulmer, Dallas Fulmer, and Tyler Bryant. A celebration of Sharon's life will be Tuesday November 8, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. A second visitation will be Wednesday November 9, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
