Denzil "Denny" Lee Pitman Jr., 51 years of age, of Louisville, Kentucky, departed this life on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022.
Denny was born in Somerset, Kentucky on January 16th, 1970, son of the late Denzil Pitman Sr. and Priscilla Shirl Pitman. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed riding motorcycles. Denny was a hard worker, he was a route driver for Dar Ob Inc. He enjoyed being a grandpa, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.
Denny was survived by daughter, Falicia Witt (and Chris) of Somerset, Kentucky; Jamie Loveless and Joe Pitman; girlfriend, Regina Parris of Louisville, Kentucky and her children, Caitie and Jordyn and Caitie's son, Jace; grandchildren, Pacin, Justin and Jackson; along with a host of other friends and family who mourn his passing.
Denny was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Laura Renee Pitman; son, Justin Pitman; daughter, Dayona Pitman; brother, Junior Wilson and sister, Tammy Phelps.
Visitations were held on Sunday, January 9th, 2022 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 9th, 2022 in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Shannon officiating.
Burial followed in the Wesleys Chapel Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
