Musician, Songwriter and Actor. He was a member of Paul Revere & the Raiders from 1968 though 1975, singing and playing bass, guitar and organ. In 1967, he and bandmate Mark Lindsay co-wrote the bluegrass song 'Freeborn Man,' which was recorded by him, Glen Campbell, Jerry Reed and many others over the years. Throughout his music career, he also recorded and worked with Sonny & Cher, Ringo Starr, Harry Nilsson, The Monkees, Roy Orbison, The Beach Boys, The Righteous Brothers, Chuck Berry, Alice Cooper, Rick Nelson, The Crickets, Johnny Rivers and many others. As an actor, among the films he appeared in were: 'Phanthom of the Paradise' (1974), 'Sexette' (1977), 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' (1978), 'One last Flight' (1999) and 'Cuddly Toys' (2021). On television, he had roles in such shows as: 'The Love Boat,' 'Blossom' and '7th Heaven.'
