She married William John Newth, on 20th November 1890 at All Souls, Langham Place, Westminster. She was lodged at the District Rectory for All Souls. Her husband was a wine merchant from Gloucester.
He moved the family to Heathville Road, Gloucester, becoming a general merchant and moving into the corn and seed trade, which was also his father's business. He eventually moved into the manufacture of jute sacks for the immense corn trade.
Their first child was Gladys Fay Newth born in 1892 followed by William Story Fay Newth, 1894, Kathleen Eileen Fay Newth, (Kitty) in 1896, and Harold Sinclair Lyon Fay Newth in 1897.
In 1898 they left Heathville Road for Lynthorpe Barnwood.
She died of complications following the birth of a further son, Willie Foxcott Fay Newth, on April 24th 1901, despite the attention of four doctors, one brought in from London.
Her funeral was on 20th May. The coffin was bourne by 12 of Mr. Newth's employees. Aside from her immediate family, other relatives included her sister Mrs. Shiland and her half-brother Mr F Nelson Phelps.

No marker known. There is a reference in one of the newspaper reports of her husband's funeral to a family plot, however its location is unknown.
