Yolanda Joe James born December 27, 1960 in York, PA transitioned to heaven on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Manor Care in Chambersburg, PA. Yolanda spent most of her life in Albuquerque, New Mexico until she moved back to PA to be closer to family. Yolanda enjoyed traveling, baking, camping and she loved taking in all of natures glories. She was a complete animal lover of all kinds of animals. She was a foster parent for over 25 years.
Yolanda is survived by her loving sons Brandon James, Dante James (Elizabeth Hall), Allen James (Loretta Fisher); a daughter Guadulupe Grafias; stepmother Rose Foster; her special companion Darrell Deal; brothers Bobby Foster Jr. (Pam McCool) , Nelson Smith, Christopher Leonard; sister Mildred Foster 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Yolanda was preceded in death by her parents "Bobby" Wayne Foster, Sr. and Pearl Nimmons, grandparents Ida Mae and Thomas Claire Nimmons, and a brother Tony Foster.
