Wife of the inventor, Almond Dunbar Fisk. They were
married in New York City.

Her parents were Harvey Raymond & Phebe Ann Mead.

On Page 1 of the "Brooklyn Daily Eagle", August 29, 1862,
under "Special Notices", is a short article telling
how she, as Executrix, on August 20, filed a petition
for the extension of the 1848 patent on coffins.

Patent extension item 1862. Ironically, on the same page is an article about the death of Lt. Nicholas Wynkoop in battle at Gallatin, Tenn. His body was later disinterred, placed in a "metallic casket" and sent to the family plot in Pa.
