Jack Mullins, 75, of 1406 Anna Lane, died Sunday at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He was a native of Haysi, Va., a retired coal miner and a member of Bartlick (Va.) Old Regular Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Alene Bray and Mrs. Kathy Wright; three sons, Griffon, Clayton and Walter Mullins; a sister, Mrs. Martha Stanley of Bartlick; three brothers, Columbus, Rufus and Kemp Mullins, all of Bartlick; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be Tuesday at Chad Barton Funeral Home in Haysi, with burial in Mullins-Hill Cemetery there. Arch L. Heady Southern Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
