The youngest of three children born to Elena Maria Romay(Lina Romay 1919-2010) and Jay Gould III (1920-1987.) He attended Cate School for high school like his father, and went on to USC. He married Elizabeth Dunton Gould in 1984 and had two children, Carolyn Elizabeth (1989) and Jay Gould V (1993). He is survived by his children and one sister, Gloria Gould Gunter(1957).
