Home Health Aid/ Live in Home Nurse by trade. Lot owner of Alderman family plot in Eastlawn. "Maiden 2nd Great-Aunt" Never married. Eldest daughter of George Everin Alderman and Maria Esther Bryant. I think that she took care of parents when her parents were old and helped raise her siblings too. Eugenia passed away in the now defunct North Hampton State Hospital. She was 87 years 4 months 3 days old according to death record. However, I suspect that she lied to census people lol - putting her age as being younger. 1860 federal census (Williamstown MA) puts her age as being 4 years old. Meanwhile, her parents got married about 1850 -1853. 8th grade education. I think someone must have took the time to apprentice her - to train her to be a home health aide/ live-in nurse . 1940 census says North Adams for birth location but she might have been born in Adams MA. Her last place of residence was in Williamstown MA. She had lived in Williamstown, MA for most of her life but also worked in areas such as North Adams & Adams and Williamstown. Nicknames: Jean & Genie. Meanwhile, Williamstown, Massachusetts cemetery records have her middle initial as "D". Sadly, her middle name has been lost to the ages of time. Nobody bothered to record her middle name in official records- not even Eugenia. Her cause of death was general arteriosclerosis and chronic myocarditis.
