Son of George and Betty (Pelfrey) Alexander
Carl was a machinist for Westing House for 30 years. He was a Sargent in the US Army during Vietnam receiving the Combat Infantryman Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and the Bronze Star, He was honorably discharged in 1968.
He and Elaine Voyles were married on February 22, 1969 at the St John’s United Methodist church in Rockdale, he was a family man and enjoyed the outdoors.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Tommy Alexander.
