Bobby Gene Carey died Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He was born in Lincoln County on September 1, 1947 to the late Orville Butler and Anna Belle Terrell Carey. Bobby was a member of New Hope Baptist. He loved jigsaw puzzles, word searches, fishing, hunting and working on motorcycles. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by siblings, Delbert Carey, Alvie Carey, Ronnie Carey, Linda Maddox and Melvene Pike.He is survived by a daughter, Chasity Goode; and two brothers, Jimmy Carey, Kenny Carey; five sisters, Evelyn Southerland, Dora Tanner, Bernice Lambert, Barbara Howard, Sheila Carey and several nieces and nephews.There will be a time of remembrance 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.
