Egan, Jane M., 71 of Red Hook, New York formerly of East Rockaway died Thursday, December 14th at Phelps Memorial Hospital, surrounded by family and her childhood best friend, Geraldine Nicolosi.
Jane was born on May 8th, 1946 in New York, NY to the late George and June Falvey. Jane graduated from Aquinas High School.
Jane is the loving mother of Robert (Germantown, NY), Matthew (New York, NY) and Christopher (Cardiff, CA), and mother-in-law of Joelle, Danielle, and Henry. She is the proud grandmother of Ashley Anne, Jenna Marie, Cecelia Jane, Finn Duffy and Josie Elizabeth. Jane is the devoted sister of Lorraine McCann of Ossining, NY and is survived by her nephew, John Dennis and nieces, Kristen and Erin. She is also survived by her dedicated ex-husband Robert F. Egan.
Friends may call at the Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Rd., Katonah, NY on Sunday, December 17th from 1-4pm.
The Mass of Christian Burial Mass will be celebrated at Resurrection Church at 9 Church Street in Germantown, NY on Monday, December 18th at noon, with the burial to follow at the Nativity Cemetery in Linlithgo, NY.
