Randy Lee Maness was born July 14, 1962, in Patrick Air Force Base in Brevard County, FL to Joe Neal and Annie Jewell Morris Maness. He was a member of the 1980 class of Jackson Central-Merry High School in Jackson, TN. After high school, Randy joined the United States Navy. He was recently employed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Jackson. Randy passed away in his home in Jackson, TN on November 7, 2018.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Joe Maness, and his brother, William David Maness. Survivors include his mother, Jewell Maness; brother, Dan Maness; nephews, Michael Maness, Alan Maness, and Brad Maness; one niece, Julie Maness Wiseman; two grandnephews, Noah and Jackson; and grandniece, Tessa.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrington Funeral Directors will be in charge of arrangements.
