Lottie (Evaline) Ayres, 95, Jeffersonville, formerly of Louisville, died Thursday, July 19, 2018, at the home of her daughter, Darlene Cochran, in Gastonia, N.C. Born May 12, 1923, in Depauw, she was the daughter of the late Robert Evaline and Ora Feiock Evaline.

She was retired from GE Appliance Park in Louisville and a member of the Evangelical Tabernacle Church in Louisville.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Michael Ayres.

Survivors include two sons, Clarence Ayres (Pamela) and Gerald (Jerry) Ayres (Sherry); two daughters, Winoa (Ann) Pilkington (Lynn) and Darlene Cochran (Timothy); a sister, Bertha Johnson; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: Monday, July 23, from 3 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, July 24, after 11 a.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.
