He was the husband of Wilca (Gerstenblatt) Roy. Besides his widow he is survived by a son, Nathan Roy of Providence; three daughters, Mrs. Louis Massover and Mrs. Edward Levy, both of Providence, and Mrs. David Friedman of Pawtucket; a brother, Samuel Roy of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a sister, Mrs. Jennie Gollis of Fall River, and seven grandchildren.
