Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald "Ronnie" and Cherry Carroll, his sibling, Thomas Eric Carroll.
Kevin is survived by his children, Thomas Ronald Royal, Sarah Beth Royal both of Macon and Audra Allie Carroll of Warner Robins, one granddaughter, Aubrey Jade Royal of Macon, his Fiance, Samantha Shivers of Ashburn, one uncle James "Buck" Carroll of Musella, aunts, Kay Rousey, of Byron, Jane Bassett of Musella, Kandy Arndt Carroll of Gray and many cousins.
Graveside services were held on January 13, 2018, at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
