Sarah is the daughter of Francois Delorme and Angelique Malaterre. Her first marriage was to Jean Baptiste Amyotte with whom she had a son, Harry.
Her second marriage was to widower Gaspard Oscar Beaupre some time between 1914 and 1920. He had several small children.
Her second marriage was in her late sixties to John McGillis. Sarah came to the hospital from Wolf Point in Roosevelt County, MT. In 1920 she had lived there with a stepson, Alfred Beaupre. In 1930 the census indicates she was living alone and working as a servant in a restaurant. Sarah was in care here 8 mo 26 days and died of cerebral arteriosclerosis.

Gaspard's son, Edouard, had some notoriety due to his giantism. He was the fifth largest man in the world at the time of his death in 1904 at age 23, standing 8 ft 3 in tall. His body went on display for some 70 years afterwards until the family was finally able to bring it home for burial.
