"a well known and much esteemed young man of this city, departed this life at his home at the corner of Calistoga avenue and Eggleston street, on Friday evening. His health had been poor for several months, but his last illness confined him to his bed only a little over a week." "popular and very active member of Mt. Veeder Camp No. 483, Woodmen of the World, being a Past Consul Commander of the Camp, and Captain of the degree team at the time of his demise."
