Sir Roger George Bowlby Keyes (March 14, 1919 - March 4, 2005), 2nd Baron Keyes, is an English soldier, son of English Admiral Keyes, who succeeded in 1916 in a naval raid against German naval installations in Zeebruges and was the British military attache to the staff of King Leopold III of Belgium during the 1940 fighting.

In 1983, Roger George Bowlby Keyes wrote a book entitled A Broken Reign 1 based on his father's records in which he described the vicissitudes of relations between allies during the 18-day campaign of the Belgian Army, taking the defense of King Leopold III of Belgium and his army during the fighting that preceded the English re-embarkation of Dunkerque

There is a burial record for The Lord Keyes of Zeebrugge and Dover in the burial register for All Saints, West Farleigh. He was buried on the 18th March 2005. There is visible headstone in the churchyard.
