Jeri Lyn Seale, 69, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at her home in Marshall. Jeri was born May 30, 1948 in Marshall, Texas to Thomas Jefferson Hilliard, Sr. and Huline Lynn Title Hilliard. Jeri was known as the family historian. As the niece of Don and Y.A Title, Jeri absolutely loved football. She and her husband Wayne owned and operated a video rental store and this gave Jeri an incredible knowledge of movies. She was always able to help people pick out just the right movie to rent. Jeri was extremely devoted to her husband, Wayne, her family and her friends. She was full of life, lots of fun and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Jeri is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Hilliard, Sr. and Huline Hilliard; and her husband, Wayne Seale. She is survived by her brother, Tom Hilliard and wife, Carolyn; nephew, Thomas Hilliard and wife, Marion; step-daughter, Dawn Seale-Devillers and husband, Charles; step-son, Mark Seale and wife, Danella; two grandchildren; uncles, Don Title and Y.A. Title; numerous cousins; and her life-long friend, Nancy Fox.
