He grew up in California, attended Artesia High School and graduated college from California State Fulleton with three master degrees and 2 bachelor degrees. Stevan was a scientitst and worked most of his career for Hughes Aircraft designing satellites.
Stevan enjoyed woodworking, making ducks was his favorite project. He was also involved with ham radios.
Stevan is survived by his wife and one son, and a brother and sister.
