Worcester - Sharon A. (Bruzas) O'Connor, 71, died Thursday, June 1, at Saint Vincent Hospital after being stricken ill at home. Sharon was born in Worcester, daughter of Albert and Grace (Herrie) Bruzas, and lived in Worcester most of her life. She was a graduate of the former Commerce High School. She was a secretary for many years including several years at the Laurel Printing Co. She also worked as a nurse's aide at Blaire House.She leaves three daughters, Sherry O'Connor, Patty O'Connor, both of Worcester, and Kelly O'Connor of Bradenton, Fla., a son, William O'Connor Auburn; a son-in-law David Pinkham; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A sister, Kathleen (Bruzas) Fenner predeceased her.The funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 9, at 9:30 a.m. in St. John's Church, 40 Temple St., Worcester. Burial will be private.
