Charles Ingraham was born in August of 1869. to Eleazer Ingraham and Esher Boyd Ingraham. His siblings were possibly Mary, Arthur, Frank, Nellie, Maude, and Jessie, plus half-sister Jennie from his father's later marriage. He married Myrtle Crofoot in Branchport, New York on 10 November 1890 and they had two sons, Harold Ray Ingraham and Forrest Ward Ingraham. They lived on a farm on Keuka Lake in the area of Penn Yan, Yates County, western New York state. Charles died at age 74 on the 13th of January, 1944. He was survived by his wife Myrtle, his two sons, a brother Frank, and two sisters, Mrs Edward Perry and Mrs Edward Adams. He was buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Penn Yan, New York.
